SSA HGL problems

Hi, new to SSA, and for some reason the HGL on two of my manholes are shooting up to lid level, which they should NOT be doing. After some manual rational calculations we would expect the pipe after the manhole to be slightly surcharged, however not shooting water out the top of the manhole. I've been trying to figure this out for days. I have attached a pdf plot of one of the problem manholes. It appears that anywhere with a surcharge shoots the HGL straight up to lid level.

Hi, it was a long time ago but from memory I think changing the Link routing method under 'Project Options' to Steady Flow fixed this.
