Opening Pipe Network in SSA problem

On the "Analyze" ribbon in the "Design" pane, shouldn't I be able to select "Edit in Storm and Sanitary Analysis" and have my storm pipe network automatically import into a new SSA project for me?  I cannot seem to get this to work.  What I have to do is save my network to a .stm file, then open SSA and import the .stm file.  Am I missing something here?

Reinstall using the C3D media not the Suite media.

thanks, but we do not own the Infrastructure Suite. C3D was installed using a network deployment which was created from the C3D DVD.
