INVERTED SIPHON

I have a well field which pumps water into concrete channels which then direct thru an inverted siphon under the highway and transitions back to concrete channels.  The error I am getting when running Analysis is:

ERROR 115 : Adverse (or negative) slope defined for Conduit OUT TRANS (Outlet for siphon)

Inverted siphon outlet transtion is higher at end of transition than it is at pipe or box that goes under the highway.  Is there a way to override this?  I have a constant maximum flow when all of the pumps are on of 95 CFS that I am trying to model.

Found answer is users manual under description of Error 115:
