you can add the hydrograph Time-Flow data as a time series, and then add that as a user defined flow. note that you cannot add user defined flow to a subbasin, you will have to do it in a junction. one possible workaround may be to add junctions for each subbasin, connect the subbasin to the junction, and add the external inflow to the same junction. duplicate as required. look under "External Inflows" in SSA user manual. good luck!
