I need to create 3 hr storms for use in SCS analysis. I created new .pcp files and.cds files. The .cds file has three hours worh of preciptauon ratios establihed by the City I'm working in. The .pcp has the new total inches in the Custom row. The calculations seem to rum OK; but I am getting a negative outflow in the table at the 50 % point (not on the curve). What am I missing? I've looked a the distribution table and there is nothing funny going on around the half way point.
