How can I change the Slope Increment from 1% to 0.1%?

Hello everyone!

I am Vietnam, so sorry if my English has some problems.

I am using Civil 3D 2014 and I want to make a small change in Pipe Rule. I want to change the Slope Increment from 1% now to 0.1%. I can't find method to do it.

I refer to 2 links: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/AutoCAD-Civil-3D-General/First-Pipe-in-Network-Adding-1-00-to-Minimum-... and

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/AutoCAD-Civil-3D-Stormwater/Cover-And-Slope-Pipe-Rule/td-p/3192066

I used Microsoft Studio, open file C3DPipeNetworkRules.vbproj in:

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012\Sample\Civil 3D API\C3DPipeNetworkRules

At Utilities, I found the “Dim dSlopeIncrement As Double = 0.01” and changed it to “Dim dSlopeIncrement As Double = 0.001”.

But I don't know what I have to continue do. I used Apply Rules and It still work with Slope Increment 1%, not 0,1%.

Can you help me make it work correctly?

Thanks so much!
