if i want to know what the total runoff outflow is at the bottom outlet of my system, what would be the easiest way to find out? a time series plot?

If your using Modified Rational or SCS, a time series plot will tell you the max total Q (cfs) and the total volume of runoff (cf) in the Summary Table. If you're using Rational, it will only calculate peak flow, not volume.
