Elbows for large diameter pipes

I need to create a elbow for large diameter pipes. How do I do this with part builder?

You may want to Google this question.  Partbuilder is not for the faint at heart.  Nothing simple about it as far as I can tell. It has been about 3 years since I tackled anything and then was not very successful.  Some of my Googled Items:

Not something you can "tell" how to do, you have to dig into and there is not a manual.

 My best recommendation is look for an already built one.  There are companies that are making these (maybe already have what you need.) and they can surely make one cheaper than you can learn how.  Unless, of course, you need several different ones.
