Disconnecting Storm Sewers

I am working on a storm sewer study of an existing sewer system.  I have completed the model using a pipe network, but have a problem when data referencing the network into another drawing.  When I did the data reference into the new drawing several pipes disconnected from the structures they were connected to.  When I went back to the actual model they were still connected.

Anyone know what is causing this?

Thanks,

If you check the structure properties in the data-shortcut'ed file, do they pipes list as connected?

You may have structure blocks that scale up/down with change in annotation scale, the reason why when they become smaller, the pipes appear to stop short of the structure.

Are you using different computers that may not all be using the same structure library.  I see lots of odd netowork errors when people are using different libraries.
