Civil 3D 2013 Hydraflow Hydrographs Extension - C Value Issue

When printing numeric reports

C value set to 0.25, prints out in report as runoff coeff=0

C value set to 0.75, prints out in report as runoff coeff=1

Program is rounding c values and doesn't print actual value in decimals?

I create a rational hydrograph and set C value to 0.25 or 0.75. But I can see the exact C value 0.25 or 0.75 in report.

Could you provide more information about how you get the report, or share the data file with me?

Sorry Bert, what I posted in previous reply is Graphic Reports. I rechecked it and the Numeric Reports indeed have issue on the reported C-value. Thanks for pointing it out!
