When I try to print from SSA 2013 I get the following error.
"Access violation at address 00C57EFF in module 'StormSanitary.exe'. Read of address 00000100"
Do I just need to reinstall SSA?
Thank you,
Matt
I have used the Output tools to generate a PDF but now I really need a print of the Plan View to use in my report but there are no other print options. When I goto File->Print, I do not even get a print option window I just get the error message:
"Access violation at address 00C57EFF in module 'StormSanitary.exe'. Read of address 000000100."
You can print anything to a pdf file that you can send to a printer. Apparently your print driver is not working correctly. When you select your printer scroll to a pdf printer for a pdf version. Then print the pdf to your paper printer.

I do not even get the option to select a printer, the print menu doesn't even show up. I just get that error message.
I have printers setup on this computer that I use everyday with no problems. For some reason SSA wont let me print.
I'm having the same issue, even if I hit Ctrl+P the error will come up. Don't get any options for printing at all.
Perhaps you guys need to try a repair of your installation through the Control Panel. Takes less than 15 minutes.

Have not resolved the issue. Having the same problem. I have tested it on multiple machines.
Tried the Print icon, FILE - PRINT, and PRINT through page setup. All return the error.
I think that this is a bug.
Just remember one thing. As long as Autodesk is on the NASDAQ or any other board, the employees are mandated to not divulge anything that may influence stock prices.
Just remember, no news until it is a fact.

I contacted Autodesk in July 2012 and got this answer from their Support Specialist:
I would like to inform you that the issue you reported is a known issue with our development team. It has been documented and sent to our development team for investigation.
As a workaround for the print command, you may want to first generate the Custom Report/PDF report or copy the ASCII reports to Textpad/Notepad or generate the spreadsheet report to print it out from the PDF or Spreadsheet. Alternatively, you may save the model and open it in SSA 2011 or 2012 and print it from there.
While this is all good and well if you want to print reports, it doesn't help with printing the Plan View layout. I had to download the 2011 version of SSA and so far have had good luck with printing. The problem with 2011 SSA, however, is having to dumb down all our 2013 AutoCAD files that we want to insert as backgrounds.
I submitted a Support Request to Autodesk and received this note back:
You are correct, the issue with print command from SSA 2013 is a known issue with our development team. It has been documented and sent to our development team for investigation. I am afraid I do not have any ETA for the fix at the moment.

So I guess we'll have to wait for a hotfix.
