we are attempting to create storm water model and are getting a error 209 message.

ERROR 209 : Undefined element Rain Gage-04 at line 183 of [HYDROGRAPH] section: RDII UH-01 Rain Gage-04

this element does not exist, on this file. how do i find it and erase it.

I think you have defined some Rain Gage in Unit Hydrograph dialog. Check the RDII unit Hydrograph dialog. May be you will not see any value in Rain Gage drop down but u just click the drop down open and close and check it may work
