I recently had a problem with one of my projects where my base file would not save. It would recover, but I couldn't resave it and would crash upon trying to resave. I then downloaded the AutoCad 2013 Service Pack 1 (not 1.1) and it fixed the problem. However, the Service Pack 1 caused other changes and problems, which are listed below:
1 - After sending a Pipe Network (Storm Network 1) to Hydraflow Storm Sewers to be designed it worked fine, but while importing it back into AutoCad it did not overwrite Storm Network 1, but rather created a whole new network and placed it on top of my original pipe network. Therefore, my original network and profile were not upgraded, nor was the data for pipe network 1.
2 - After erasing the original profile items and redrawing the new network in profile, some of the profile pipes and structures came in with the wrong pipe style changes. Those objects would not change to the correct style.
