Upgrade from C3d2012 to C3d2015 Custom Transformation changed

When opening a Civil3d 2012 drawing with custom transformation in Civil3d 2015 it changed the settings so it is no longer valid. Anyone else came across this? If the settings to choose from are exactly the same why would the information suddenly be bogus and different?
