Allow base and comparison surfaces to be swapped for volume surfaces
I still mix them up. Instead of going through the whole process of creating a volume surface again, it would be nice just to be able to swap the base/comparison surfaces.
Also be able to compare multiple surfaces like we are able to for corridor sections. This would be useful for calculating over excavation for poor soils or to figure out how much rock needs to removed based on soil logs.
A workaround for this that I've used for years is to just have 2 surfaces in my drawing named Base & Comparison. These I use for the Volume surface. Then I paste whichever other surfaces I need for the base and comparison. allows you to swap, replace, mix, the surfaces however you want without having to create a new Volume surface. Not saying it wouldn't be nice to have this ability in the VS itself.
