Make "Dynamic" Surface Legend Tables Dynamic or change name to "Updatable"

Many moons ago, the Dynamic Legend tables were in fact Dynamic.  This is no longer the case.

When the surface is re-built, the analysis is run, but the tables do not update.  In other words, the surface and surface display are correct but the table is not.

There are ways to make the table update, start the insert label process, once you select "type" dynamic, the table will update, even without inserting.  The other way is to go into surface properties, and go to the analysis tab, close and the table will update.

This should either be fixed, or the name should be changed from "Dynamic" to "Updatable"

I tried to report it as a bug.  There is a thread on the Civil 3d Forum.  I was told to post it here as they could make it "update"

I know it used to work, but it was many versions ago, maybe 2012 was the last time.

Verified in C3D 2017 and C3D 2014. Having said that, this is not the place for bug reports. OP should submit a support ticket or it will never get fixed.

Yes, please fix. Surface should be real-time linked to the table.
