Why some layers of components are disabled?

In the guitarr style (Data section), some layers of components are inoperative and I don´t change this layers.

For example, in this style, the last five layers (associated with the labels), I don´t change the layer for other layer.

Also, other components not let you change the color. (For example, the component for guitarr tittle)

why does this happen?

For many styles, the objects' colours are not layer dependant, but assigned directly within the style.  Structure and Pipe labels within bands are one example.  The colours of these components is set withint the label style composer.
