Why cant I change the rim to sump height of a manhole in a pipe network?

Everytime I try to click on any manhole and change the rim to sump height, it reverts back to what it was originally set at?  What is the problem?

Maybe the part doesn't support the value you typed in. For example, there is a minimum rim to sump value based on the structure configuration, frame height etc. . Try a different structure.

Is the structure set to a specified surface?  If so, try setting the surface to none.  If that is not the case, you can edit the part in Part Builder.  Once you choose the type of structure to edit in Part Builder, it will open in the drawing area.  In the floating dialog box, right-click on Size Parameters and choose Edit Parameter Configuration. Change the Barrel Pipe Clearance (SBPC) to List.  See below...

Click OK, then close the dialog box out and then save.  Then at the command line, type in PARTCATALOGREGEN, then S for Structures.
