Where to download vault?

I've looked all through the subscription pages, and I can't find it anywhere. Maybe it's someplace so obvious I just overlooked it (like my car keys usually are), but I could really use help finding it.

Thanks
Kevin

Kevin,

I have the same subscription homepage, very generic and literally nothing
that relates to vault or Civil 3d. I am very underhelmed with the
subscription center support.

Kevin - I glad I'm not the only one scratching my head. I can not see the benefit of the subscription website. The elearning contains some nice training - but I don't have most of those pieces of software listed either.

The only I want is not listed...VAULT! I'm still waiting for a response from Tech Support who stated the the ABC would contact me the next day which would have been June 17th...

Oops... so here's the screenshot. Does anyone have anything different on theirs?

Nope - looks the same...

Here's my elearning catalog...now I only have Civil 3d on subscription with Raster, Survey, LDD Companion and Civil Design.

But I can elearn mechanical, electrical, revit etc.

But no Vault...

I used to be able to see it...but it would tell me that I did not have permission to view it... Why NOT - it comes with Civil 3d..but it is not inside the Civil 3d elearning available...

So why do you get vault links, and we don't?

Likely because john owns some seats of plain vanilla autocad that are on
subscirption.

I like to think that Autodesk knows COOL when they see it.
