Where's the "Map 3D Export" button?

Just upgraded from Map 2012 to Civil 2014 but can't find the MapExport command on the Ribbon. The help file says :

"In the Planning And Analysis workspace, click Output tab > Map Data Transfer panel > Map 3D Export"

The panel is there but the Map 3D Export button is not. I can't even find that one command in the CUI editor.

Any ideas?

Well, at least now I know I'm not going mad. AutoDesk on the other hand.....
