When I'm using AutoCAD, it always display that message

What do that means actually? When I use 3ds max or AutoCAD, it always show this message when I a drawing things.

Even when I close it, it also generate this error, I am now using AutoCAD Civil 3D and 3DsMax 2012 Education version.

That is the standard message that means something got hosed and AutoCAD is about to shut down. It could be a thousand different things. It could be a corrupt drawing, a bug in AutoCAD, hardware or software conflict, etc.

 

You'll have to play detective. Can you make this happen on demand, in any drawing? Or maybe just certain drawing(s)?
