What exactly are "figure objects?"

When importing survey data to create cogo points, the final page has the option to "insert figure objects"

What exactly are these figure objects? Google has not been much help for me on this one.

Figures are linework based on survey data.  Like polylines, but Civil 3D-based.

If you click the Help button in that dialog box, it will open the help menu for that dialog box and it will explain everything in that dialog box.

If the issue was resolved by this method, please click on "Accept As Solution"
