weird corridor properties with multiple corridor

Here is the scenario a fella in our office encountered.

2 cooridors in 1 dwg: "north back of curb" and "west back of curb".

(SEE TOP PICK in FILE ATTACHED) When selecting "west back of curb" in the dwg, right click and go to "cooridor properties"... the properties for the "NORTH back of curb" come up.

(SEE BOTTOM PICK in FILE ATTACHED) Go to the prospector, select "west back of curb" cooridor, right click and go to properties... the properties for "west back of curb" correctly appear.

Any tips on how to resolve this apparent error? Anyone experienced this?

THANKS!
