Volume Dashboards Cut/Fill Report showing Out of Date

Not sure why my volumes are showing Out of Date.  It happened after a save on the drawing.  My surfaces are not out of date, but the corridor were also flagged.

I'm not sure what causes it either but have this same issue in one of my dwg's.

Interesting you have 2 volume surfaces listed and the file I have trouble with does as well. In another file using the exact same Dref'd EG surface with just one Tin Volume Surface it does'nt have the issue.

As far as I can tell it only seems to be a nuisance issue. Once the Out of Date Tin Volume Surfaces are rebuilt, the Volumes are repopulated in Volumes Dashboard.

Save>Close>Open dwg and they are once again out of date.
