I can't find the 2013 download for the Visual Basic Editor. When I try to open the editor in Civil 3D is send me to an AutoDesk page that only has 2015 and 2014 downloads which will not work.
Could someone please point me in the right direction and provide some information on how to get the editor working in 2013?
Basically, Autodesk are not allowed to distribute it anymore for pre 2014 versions.
