Vertical Curve tick marks

Any way to have a tick mark show up at the high point/low point of a vertical curve?

You need to create this as another style in Settings Toolspace under Profile->Label Styles->Curve and include it with one of the Profile->Label Styles->Label Sets Also, check out the attached snapshot.
