Ok it's deadline day so we're bound to have issues.
I have a bunch of layout profiles DRef'd into sheet files. The profile tangent labels from the label set display and plot. THe VC labels are not visible when we open the file. If I sync the profiles the VC labels display but do not print. In order to get the sheets out I exploded the labels and the print fine.
I do not have the profile Xref'd and DRef'd in the sheet file. Only DRef.
Anyone have similar issues or workarounds that don't involve exploding?

Locking the layer that contains the VC labels sometimes works in not having Civil 3D hide them. Doesn't always work.
