Vault - Missing projects form Add to Project dialog

I am trying to add a file to a project in vault via the C3D Prospector
Toolspace. I have the desired project set to display (the 2483... project in
new1.png).

The vault tree shows the project folders that were created with the project.

The Add to Project dialog (new2.png) only lists one of the projects that are
supposed to be displayed (as per new1.png).

Any ideas??

I can use Vault Explorer to add the files to the project.

Hi John:

It looks like 2_150102-TopoSur is predisposed to the 2497 project. Have you
referenced any data from the 2497 project into this drawing?

If so, and you have since deleted that data from the drawing, I think you
may have to go ahead and add it to the 2497 project. Check it out, "detach
project", save it back to its original location, and then add to project.
At this point, you should be given the option of selecting the correct
project.

Maybe someone will come up with an easier way.

Sincerely,

Hey Drew,

James picked up on that as well but if I right-click on the file I don't get
a detach project option.

I found another with the same issue. Another capture.

Hi John:

1. Go ahead and add to the wrong project.
2. Check out and then you should have the option to detach.
3. Save drawing back to original location.
4. Add to project and you should have the option to select a different
project.

Is this not the case?

Error 1008: The file L:\Land Projects\2483\yada\yada.dwg already exists; it
cannot be added.

Note that the path it is trying to save it to (2483) is not the folder I
selected to add it to (2497).

This dwg resides in the 2483 folder.

I can always fix this in VE. I would like to find out how to avoid it. It
seems to pop up in some dwg's, not all.

Tomorrow's another day.
