prior versions had

Home, Create Ground Data, Surfaces, Create Surface from Google Earth

or

Insert, Google Earth, Google Earth Surface

seems to have disappeared in v2013?  where can I find it?

thx,

It's no longer included with Civil 3d, You can find the topic on the top 3 of the main civil forum Page.

Doesn't exist anymore in 2013 or 2014.

No official word I've seen on why it was removed but most people feel it was because illegal use of free Earth license for commercial work which legally requires Earth Pro paid license.

Has been replaced with Autocad labs Project Basejump: http://labs.autodesk.com/utilities/basejump/
