User Percentages Civil 3D vs. Land Desktop

Is there any current data showing percentages of firms that have made the jump? I know that the quick surveys during C3D webcasts appear to show the majority of the users working in C3D now. I don't know how accurate that may be though.

I really wouldn't worry about how many firms have made the jump. Just make sure you make the jump, otherwise you'll be left in the dust. Civil 3D is so much more advanced than LDD, and it will keep getting farther ahead.

just my two cents 🙂

To me, the Spot Elevations are a perfect example of that. I don't have a
lot of experience with either, but on LDT the Spot Elevations seem
static with only a leader option. If you move them or change the
surface they don't change. On Civil3D you have numerous appearance
options, they change when the surface change or you move them, etc.

Now if the API would only mature a little faster.
