Unhandled Error Unhandled e0434352h exception at fe3f940dh

I have a file that keeps giving me this error when I try to open it up with C3D 2014 and C3D 2014 with Raster Design. However the file opens just fine in AutoCAD 2014. Any ideas?

Civil3d will process the civil objects when the drawing is opened, updating labels and references etc.  I would assume that one of those is corrupt.  Plain ACad ignores those objects, avoiding the problem.

Instead of opening the drawing try using the RECOVER command.

Steve,

I did the Recover process. It said it salvaged the database, and found no other errors. When it opened up the file it opened up and shortly gave the error again.

Thanks,

George

When I get that kind of errors my database layers stop working. Then I use to clear Civils cache. Have you tried that? It's in Civils folder called MapCache. Works for me!
