Unable to select point grips ~ suggestions?

I have attached the file I'm working on.  For some reason I lost the ability to select point grips.

That's quite strange. I don't believe I've ever seen that before. I can get the grips to show by using Select in the Prospector but the grips still can't be snapped to.

Something is strange with your Viewcube in MS it's only partially visible.

Once the Viewcube was set to Home>Zoom Extents the Point Grips function normally.

Guessed you're using 2013? that's what was used.

BTW - Inserting this dwg into a clean dwt also restored the grips.
