Trimble Link

I am using Civil 3D 2014. When click any of the buttons in the Trimble Link Ribbon, I get the following message:

TRMBIMPORTDATA Unknown command "TRMBIMPORTDATA (Or whatever command that had been issued)".  Press F1 for help.

Another user in our office has everything in the Trimble Link work fine. We have tried upping my status to administrator for my computer, and that didn't work. When I installed CIvil 3D, I checked every button to be installed in the infrastructure design suite package....so I'm not really sure what's going on here.

I see Trimble Link or Trimble Link Engine is in my list of programs that I can uninstall in the windows control panel list. I just don't know how I wold get it back. Is it something on the Autodesk installation flash drive?

It's not an Autodesk tool. You need to download it from Trimble. You should have it though, it's on your computer now. Someone installed it.
