Trimble Link 2015 issue

I have not used the Trimble link for C3D for quite a few  years now since they allowed the import of TXT and CSV file via the survey database. I now want to set up the work flow again but keep getting and error "Database open failed" once I have selected the JOB file required for import from my C drive.

I try ignoring it but I then get the "Unable to convert file message"

I then get the "required Geoid model >>>>>>>> Error" which we used to get if a certain file was not in the correct place.

Its been a while so can anyone help please?

I've not used Trimble Link personally but because it's not Autodesk software, you might have success posting on the Trimble forums as well if you don't get an answer here (if they have forums that is).
