I'm having the same issues. Here is what the message says

Line: 91

Char: 4

Error: Unable to get property "toUpperCase' of undefined or null reference

Code: 0

URL: http://ipm.autodesk.com/ipm/common/scripts/2015/sso/validate-login.js

I've tried updateding my Internet Explorer. I've tried creating a new login. I've tried disableing the error messages in Interner Explorer. I've tried lowering the security level in Internet Explorer. I've also tried to reinstall Revit and can't get it to work. Hope this helps.

This one should be resolved now. Can everyone confirm that it's no longer showing on your end?

I'm still getting the same error message. Do I have to download and reinstall the Trial version?

I'm also having trouble using the online trial. I'm getting this page when I try to open Revit. See attached.

Looks like I jumped the gun... our dev team is aware that this is still occurring and working on it.

*Edit* Just confirmed that this has been fixed.

Hi!

Similar problem with Civil 3D 2016 TRIAL.

Problem is within this script:

Problem is on Autodesk side (it's a web script).

Try to disconnect your internet connection before starting the program.

You can turn the connenction back on, once the program is running.

Thank you! It's working now. After I shut down my computer overnight again and tried to open it again today - it's finally working.
