transformation parameter

Hi people. I have some transformation parameters from WGS84 to ED50 and I dont know how to use them...How can I use these transformation parametrs in Civil3d ?

Autocad Civil/Map are able to convert everything between datums WGS84 and ED50 automatically, without any manual effort, sir.
