Look up AGT total infrastructure on line, and for 600 bucks and change you get a cd based course that you never need to leave you office to watch.

Video and CD based training is a great option however it gets difficult to ask them questions...

Hi,

I have recently come back to Autocad after being trained in it over 18 years ago.  I had trouble getting support as well. What I ended up doing is getting in touch with a friend I knew who works with ie extensively.  I ended up buying him supper and he was able to get me current on all the changes.  Priceless!

Often a local CC has Adsk classes, including C3d.  These can be seveal hundred cheaper than an equivalent resaler course.

The reason I like cd's is the fact that the day you go to class you feel like an expert, but the next day, weeks, months, you always wish you could go back to class and have him answer your questions all over again.    Class is great but If possible I would follow up with the CD's.
