tool palettes problems of subassembly

Dear,

I have a question that has happened with other tools. I am working with Tool Palettes, rather with thesubassembly. We all know when selecting a baseline, road and daylight properties window appears to make the changes before inserting our figure for the project.

The problem is that they do not see this window properties. Does anyone know why this problem occurs?Does the method of achieving this window display properties?.

Thanks to All

They could turn on the properties panel manually then start the add subassembly command.

If they try to turn on the properties panel manually and is still doesn't appear, it may be outside of the screen area.  if so try this...

turn on the panel

press alt+space

press m for move (see image)

use arrow keys left and right to move panel back onto screen

Mike, can you confirm that the alt+space method works for palettes?

Why do you use tif files?
