That's strange, it takes me right to it.  I just clicked the link above...

Do you think that your network is blocking it?

I ended up in OBAMACARE !

I see it too. But that link wasn't supposed to go live until tomorrow. Our EE status may allow us to see it early.

I got that page Todd, but that's as far as it went.

No it's live today, the 27th.  I got the email this morning.  But, Tony's blog is much more appealing than the Help menu...

Thanks for that @AllenJessup

@Pointdump

I just tested it myself and get either the same error or a redirect on any links on that page.

@AllenJessup LOL.  Figures.  Typical Autodesk this time of year.  Boy they make it tough sometimes.

FWIW, the links don't work for me either, but if you use the options on the left, you can still navigate through the help menu.

My favorite its the layut profile locking to the horizontal geometry.  I can now edit my alignment in the middle and I don't have to fix the profile subsequent to that edit.

And the ability to change the reference object for many label types.

I'm actually more interested in what's been fixed than what's new.

I totally agree with Allen.  I'm also more interested in any existing features that no longer work properly in 2015.

Ditto on the change reference object for labels.

We are too far along on the development cycle to be satisified with bug fixes. There are LOTS of things that need improvement but those have been coming at a trickle lately.

This actually looks more like a new service pack.  How about working on 2014 for about 6 or 7 years and then come out with Civil 3D 2020.

No muss, no fuss, no cuss.

I just tried it (clicked the link in the first post).  That page loaded fine.  But when I clicked on "New Features", it takes me to the page shown in the screen shot.  And this was at 1:10pm on 3/28/14.

The links still link to the staging site:

http://help-staging.autodesk.com/cloudhelp/2015/ENU/Civil3D-UserGuide/files/GUID-A2D82D86-C85C-42C0-...

The staging site usually isn't open to users.
