Does the LinkSlopeToElevation link allow you to target a profile, or just choose a set elevation?

That would to be the way to go then.  The OP was worried:

"Lisa, good thought but the "linkslopetoelevation" want a constant elevation to project up to.  In my case, the 4:1 slope needs to continue project up until it meets the design profile elevation at that particular cross section."

but if you can target a profile, then start at the top of berm with this link, target the design profile at 4:1
