The activation code won't register.

It tells me to enter the product activation code. When I do, it says the request code you entered is not valid. It's the exact same code that comes up when i choose the activate option in the program. I don't know whether to put dashes in between the letters or spaces or what? Any suggestions?

The Request code is not the activation code.
You need to get the "activation" code from Autodesk, after you provide them
the "Request" code.

Read the messages on the screen.
