Text Visibility

I have a project where the MTEXT and leader is visible in model space. However when I go the the tab the text is not visible.  I have checked the layers and all are thawed.  If I explode the MTEXT leader it becomes visible in the tab.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks.

If you double click into VP and go to VP Freeze column is it thawed there?

Yes,

I tried that.  If I explode the mtext it shows up. I point that out because when exploded the leader and text are in the same layer.

Anyone's guess as to what may be happening.

Have you tried an Audit?

What version are you on?

Is this an Mleader or Mtext and is it directly in MS of current dwg or in an xref?

Can you post the dwg for someone to take a look?

Possibly the Annotation Visibility isn't activated?

I woukld say that the annotative properties are on, and that's the problem. However if you exploded it, then it may not be. If you don't have the same exact name for your annotation scale as you do for your viewport scale (despite having the same numbers), then items will not show through the viewport.

I've had the same problem with the names being different, even if the definitions are different ie mm or m, then they won't be recognized. Sent from Samsung Mobile ________________________________

If messing with annotative scales works, don't forget to check solved. TY 🙂
