Any civil3d 'labels' do, but TEXT/MTEXT do not.

Pardon?

It worked on SP0, SP1, SP1A (fixed the resizing issue with parcel labels
only), SP2, SP3 - hell, it even worked onC3D 2006...

I am working on a project today, where the labels were showing up fine all
viewports, until i checked display plot style in the pagesetup. When I
checked this, my general line labels got huge, and no regenall has helped.

I've unchecked display plot style, changed style of labels, shut down C3D,
jumped on up and down patting my belly...but nothing works. Anyone seen
this?

Ahh....3 hours later. Somehow when I checked the display plot style in the
pagesetup, my page size switched to ISO full Bleed..... and when I change
it back to ARCH expand D, my labels resized to their viewport scales again.

This is after having redone my entire template file, thinking that I had
some corruption in it ;|

i have a project in which i want to have the siteplan at 30 scale hence the contour labels show up as 3 in height.
i have an overall drainage map which i want to show at 150 scale. the viewport obviously scales the text up and shows it as 15 in height and this clutters the contour labels, they overwrite etc. is there a way i could show them as 3 height ?? or something smaller than 15 like maybe 5 at the max?
