Target problem

I'm modeling and intersection and when I add the curb return the surface on the other side of the crown getts squirly. I think my targets are correct, but the return assembly ray seem to go beyond the target alignments. Any idea where I screwed up?

Okay! This has to be simple: My assembly is on the inside face of curb and the baselen is the curb alignment a profile but the curb is  following the taget alignments and profiles. Why?
