Table Style Option

Is there an option to resize the height of table cells? I know there is an option in the style to size the width but nothing for the height?

Hello,

The height of your table should be based on the height of your text in the table!

Hope that helps!

that's kind of what I figured.... 😞

I have 2mm high text and I want the grids to be 4mm tall. It sets it around 7. Is there any way to independantly control it?

Have you tried editing the table style and changing the cell margins?

Hello,
When you modify the table style there are cell margin adjustments in the lower right corner of the box that allow you to adjust how much space is around your text. You can do this for the data, column heads, and title of each table style. Once I have that to my liking I make sure that that style is saved into my templates so it is already there next time.

I think the table type he is refering to is the automatically built ones with in C3D and not the table object in autocad.

Yes. It is an automatically generated curve table. It allows you to set a cell width but there are no options for height. sorry if I wasn't clear about that.
