Is there a way to hold the flowline elevation in profile view when you swap a part?

Nope. It's broken in 2007. Haven't checked in 2008 if the Hold toggle
actually works. Maybe later today....

Seems not to work in R2008 (on resize hold x) resize and its adjusted based on the CLine levels.

I'll add it to the bugs.
