Survey Extension Fieldbook

OK - utilizing this new extension I created a fantastic fieldbook file. So now what? How do I bring in the data?

Not having brought the FBK in to the program, you're making an
assumption that it's a fantastic file 😉

On a serious note, you will need to create a survey database. From
there, create a new network. Import your FBK into that network, and
you're set to go.

...assuming you have already setup your Figure library, your Point and Point Label Styles, and your Description Keys, that is... 🙂

Yeah, to make it look good. However, he can theoretically create a
survey database and drawing without any of those existing. It's not
going to be nice, but it'll be there.

Yep - my points were ok - thanks alot for both of your help. I had already created a pretty extensive description key library - but have not done much with a figure library. ANy good ideas of where to start?

Thanks for both of your input!!

They're pretty similar to the description key library, just with
different options. They're found on the survey tab, just edit/create
them as you would description keys.
