Hi, I cant seem to be able to create a survey data base... please help

C3D wont let me create a survey data base.

Ok, a few more specifics are needed starting with the Version of Civil 3d you're using and Service Pack level.

I noticed that info was from 2010, I have a brand new lap top ands C3D 2014.

Make sure that your working directory file name doesn't contain any unusual characters like '()/ and that the name isn't too long. Windows allows it, but the SQL doesn't like it.
