Surface Label Leader Question

My company has a standard where the leader attachment for stacked text is on either the middle bottom right or top middle left. Is there someway to make this happen for the dragged state of a Surface Spot Elevation as one style?

No, I don't see a way to do that (at least not in C3D 2012).
