Surface in C3D 2015 from Google Earth

Hello Guys,

 

I do remember I was able to create surface from google earth in C3D 2010/11, but in C3D 2015 I don't see that option.

 

Is there a way to create the surface from google earth? If yes, kindly help.

The last version that had this was 2012 I believe. I guess there was a licensing issue between Google and AutoDesk. *shrug*

What for, sir? The resolution of a GE surface is not so high, just because it's optimized for speed.

If you're looking for "serious" data, start searching free Dem, e.g. the following 3" ones:
